So you think it is magic? When the cop says "you will get it again", what exactly do you think "it" is, harsh words?
You can hear the cop trigger the taser, and you see the bad guy go down like Monica Lewinski. What proof do you need?
Why is this such a difficult concept for you to understand? When the cop tells you to put your hands behind your back, you
put your hands behind your back. If you don't, or decide to wrestle with him, or try and leave, bad things will happen to you.
What is more amazing is how stupid the guy in the video is. He has already been lit up like a baked potato, the cop repeatedly tells him to get on the ground or he will get it again, and he keeps getting up.
