Terrible picture but does it show the problem? It is the stud that comes up though the pan. the one on the right. I'm pretty sure it is welded from underneath. What is the best course of action? I have been driving it this way since I have owned the car with no adverse reaction. I don't think anyone here will suggest leaving it this way but I need to be convinced that that is not a viable option.
And, after all the convincing is done, how do I proceed? I don't think this is in the manual.
