Just get a different flywheel. I've seen this before and it's strange.
Sometimes a seemingly good flywheel will not be able to seal. I Don't know why it happens, we just swapped the flywheel it was fixed..
If there is some kind of trouble with your engine case itself, that's different- and in that case you may need to use some kind of sealer (glue) on the seal when you install it.
