you might have problems finding the right sized threaded fittings for the ends, to go into the master cyl. on one end and the flexible line on the other end. In other words, I'm not sure you can up-size the line without up-sizing the fittings. Otherwise, you should be fine (won't interfere with the function). you shouldn't need to up-size if the normal size is available to you, though.
