69-912

Well right now my 69 912 has the stock wheels with hubcaps on it and little skinny tires. I hate the way they look and would like to upgrade to a nicer wheel and maybe a little bigger tires.

I would like to go with 16" Tires and wheels. Would a 16x7" wheel fit the front and a 16x8 on the back, without rubbing?

I doubt it would but I figured I would ask. I want the widest 15" or hopefully 16" tire I can fit under there without using spacers and without having any risk at all of rubbing.

Could someone help me out here? If I absolutley had to i could use a small spacer but don't really want to.

Give me some opinions and options here guys!
