Ok after talking to a few Porsche guys on IRC I have found out that that color on the 993 I posted is called Polar Silver Metallic.
The paint code is L92E.
Now the big question is: I can get a gallon of guards red for $299 will this stuff cost a lot more because it's metallic?
I am really dumb when it comes to paint. Do I just take this paint code to my local paint (dupont) place and tell them to mix me some up? Or do they have to like special order it?
Should it be much higher in price than guards red?
