I just had my 84 911 Coupe repainted a couple of months ago. Originally it was white. Now it's Arctic Silver. It gives the car a more modern looks without sacrificing the classical style. Trust me it looks EXTREMELY good!!! I don't know how to add a picture on this board, but you can see my car at

Arctic silver is only one of many silver Porsche colours. It was available for the 993 cars and still is on the 986s and 996s. Polar silver is darker and not as good looking (to my opinion). Polar silver was available for 964s and 993s.
If anyone can teach me how to link a picture to the text please give me a hint.
