Thanks everyone for the kind words! Projects like this are why I love getting up in the morning and going to work. This is a really great car as a starting point, and now it just plain ROCKS! It reminds me a lot of BB1, (In driving feel and performance) but more comfy, and a Targa.

Regarding the Rennline strut brace in a Targa, will their 2-point brace have a similar effect in quieting a creaking, rattling roof, or is it the 3-point version that will really be more effective?

Thanks,

Markus
The triangulation is the key. Also, by tying into the brake booster, it also gets tyed into the pedal cluster which is braced to the booster. It adds a lot of strength to the whole front end.

{jakermc}"I like the design of the strut brace, tying into the brake booster instead of drilling into the floor. Can this be used with Elephant Racing's offset camber plate or is the factory set-up required?"

I would assume so, judging by the design.

This brace is the only one that I like better than Chuck Moreland's. (Elephant Racing)
