I agree - you should know what to expect when taking your car there - for ANYTHING.


My sister recently bought two tires from tirerack.com and set an appointment for Sears to mount them on her car. It was about $20 total to do this. When dropping her car off, she mentioned to them that the tires (to mount) were in her trunk............


She picks the car up about an hour later with the brand new tires installed. A few days later she opened the trunk and viola!......her brand new tires were STILL in her trunk! They essentially gave her a new tire set for $20. Sometimes you win easy
