I guess you mean changing the set. (Pistons & Cylinders). Pistons for a 2.0 are 80 mm and 2.2 are 84 mm.

I'm not totally sure, but I think the 2.0 heads are not compatible with 2.2 Pistons & Cylinders. The bore should be too big for the 2.0 heads.
