Where are you? The points about the 3.0 non-intercooled engine are valid ones. I ask because I'm in North Carolina and have been helping out with a rebuild of a white '78 930 here, owned by my friend's dad. They want to sell it. We have just completed an engine rebuild (installed and fired it last night, in fact) including rings, valve job, CIS rebuild, turbo rebuild, tranny rebuild, Carrera tensioner update, clutch replacement, exhaust upgrade (Euro), and more. The exploded leather dash is being replaced, the rocker panels have been resprayed, steering wheel recovered, etc. The car is really beautiful and low mileage. 60,000 if I remember correctly.
