I replaced mine with a pair of Blaupunkt PCX 462 that work just fine for my needs. I did have to cut out the factory grilles that were mounted below the leather perforations on the rear seat/shelf panel in order for the speakers to fit - and had to fiddle around with a couple of washers on the two (of the four) mounting studs that I used to mount the speakers.
