Anyone have a picture of the original cross-shaft. I believe I have the updated cross-shaft, but I can't find confirming data. The Bentley manual indicates that the the update is a set of new needle bearings and the updated cross shaft. I believe I have what is pictured in the Bentley manual, but from their description the shaft may look similar except the shaft is sized to work with the updated needle bearings.
For comparison, here is a picture of the other(non-factory) update which does not require boring out the bearing bore. Looks like bearing-bushings to replace the old bearings.
