PPI leakdown & compression results. Opinions?
Just got the results of the leakdown and compression tests done on the 72E Targa I'm looking at.
#1 16% 120psi
#2 20% 120psi
#3 21% 130psi
#4 12% 130psi
#5 11% 125psi
#6 12% 125psi
These were done cold, cranking at approx. 300 rpm, batteries a little weak. Original 2.4, 86K miles, no major work done on engine judging by receipts since original owner. Runs strong and pulls hard to redline, no smoke on startup or when goosed.
Any opinions on these results?
