I'm not aware of anybody in the SD area that does it. Did you do a search? If you have the tank out, that's most of the work. You can buy the POR-15 kit and do it cheaper and faster. Just put a 3 to 6 foot section of chain in it and move the tank around to clean up the rust scale inside (make sure you remove the fuel sender, screen, etc.). Then plug the holes, clean it out with the Marine Clean from the kit, rinse and do the sealer. If you don't want to do it yourself, do a search. I seem to remember several threads about it.
