I would start to worry if the oil pressure gauge ever went below 2. I get 5 on startup, 3 to 4 during city idle, 5 at WOT, and about 2 at idle after about 45 mins on the highway. Also.... My pressure was a bit lower during the winter when I was using a thinner oil. You're oil gauge sounds fairly typical, but be concerned when it drops below a 2 after some hard driving.

With that bieng said...

The one thing you didnt mention was your battery voltage guage. What sort of voltage is bieng shown? Stereo draw would definitely effect this. I finished up a killer stereo install on the car a few months back. Running right from the battery, in addition to the voltage needel drop when the bass hit, I believe the current draw (ever so slightly) effected the oil and temp gauges. When the bass would hit, oil pressure gauge would decrease, temperature gauge would increase. Ever so slightly. After about 2 weeks, I added a capacitor to the setup and havent noticed the issue.

I don't think a stereo install would by nature screw up your gauges. Nothing in the stereo wiring looks like instrument cluster wiring, or vice versa. What would influence your gauges would be if they are getting enough juice.
