It sounds like the carbs need adjustment because you should be able to hit 115-120 mph on the speedo. Or maybe not enough fuel to the carbs?? low fuel pressure or a bad filter??
I have hit 120mph easy on the I-90 bridge with my 914. I am running 205x50x15's so that's about 110mph.
