Oh crap is it the one that points at the alternator

had an unsettling feeling that the only fitting I could see was the High pressure one

OH and one more quick question I saw two different brands of 134 one said to hold the can upside down the other said to hold right side up. I have always held the belief that Liquid doesn't compress and may crack a compressor open so I have never held a can of refrigerant upside down to let the liquid freely go into the low side. though I have watched people put a full can of 134 in the High side before starting the engine on an empty system is this a good idea??
