I've gone to the dark side !!!
Well... today I stopped by the local Ducati dealer and ended up test riding a 749... they had a brand new '04 749 on the floor marked down from $13.5k to $12.5k... plus some other goodies ($500 worth of accesories, etc.).
They offered me $10.5k in trade for my '04 Boxer Cup Replika... I took the deal. Since here in Wisconsin you only have to pay sales tax on the trade difference ($2000) and not the whole sale it helps sweeten the deal.
So on Saturday I pick up the 749.... look for some r1100s stuff to be offered for sale by me soon....
