How about certification of calibration? Tenths of a pound pressure are
feel good kinds of info. NASCAR gooks tune tires to those levels (they claim) but they also have hundreds of hours of experience doing it. Worthless info for the street rider/weekend tracker.
More realistic to keep good notes on tire pressures and shock settings, air temperatures and road conditions. Otherwise, you are just "diddling" with the knobs and have no idea what did what.
