Just finished my fabspeed premuff and muffler install

Thought I would share some pics:

Now THESE are rusty nuts.

Only one came off without extraordinary means. Here are some tips, that I came to on the very last nut

1) PB blaster of course
2) Don't fiddle too long before you cut. Nothing burns time and knuckles like this work.
3) I used a cutoff to hit the ones I could reach, and I used a nice $45.00 carbide bit on the die grinder on the others. The secret is to make a cone shaped tunnel on the bolt, making a nice big pocket for a nice sharp large drill bit. I then used the 1/2 drill to eat the bolt and nut.
4) Don't be surprised if both ends of the bolt are cut and it still won't come off. I had to really whack (and bend) a good sized drift to get several out. The bolts are bright red and very very rusty on the inside.
4) Buy new gaskets. Mine were just a whisp of what they once were.

Really happy with the result.
