Almost $27k for a 1974 911S? Yes, it is a very nice example and has low miles, but you would have to really be partial to the pre-galvanized mag-case 2.7s to fork over that kind of dough for one. Your average mid-year 2.7 goes for about $8k at best these days, so with any mileage and/or wear, that car's value will sink like the Titanic.
The only really desirable 1974 911 IMO is the Euro MFI Carrera (basically a `73 RS with impact bumpers). You could probably even find one for not much more than what Park Place wants for that car.
