I hear ya! I have an A4 also and have tried to get info from Audiworld. Most of those folks are more concerned with body kits, xenon lights, and M3 lips whatever that is. Luckly my Audi has been pretty reliable so far, probably because I'm always tinkering with it, so I haven't needed much help over there.

I have never been able to find another car forum that is as technical as this one. And when you ask a stupid question (I've never done that!), you don't get immediately shot down and made fun of.

BTW, you don't need that special tool to do the back brakes on an A4 (or any VW/Audi for that matter since they all use that rear brake caliper design). I just use a c-clamp and twist the piston with large pliers while I screw in the c-clamp.
