How reliable is a rev limiter rotor?
I installed a rev limiting ignition rotor (Bosch#1 234 332 223)which is supposed to be spec for a 1977 3.0L turbo. I read here that it should cut at about 6500 RPM. I can rev in gear to 7200 with no apparent effect. Do I have a defective rotor or low reading Tach?
