I do notice that your throttle arm is significantly bent outward. This can come from a misadjusted throttle stop on the floorboard, which puts torque stress on the arm. If it bends enough, the throttle arm can stick under the firewall when you try to decelerate, resulting in a stuck pedal at WOT. Ask me how I know...
