Thanks. Of course I'm gonna stay. I have relatives with 996s and 944s, and I've never met a Porsche owner I didn't like. I just don't appreciate even hearing some of this. I'd also like to politely point out that I love the late '60s 911s, and I'd like one in black when I'm settled down...not all watercooler guys want the name or a newer model.
So yeah, my car's heritage is open to question, and it's a dog in a straight line, but it's still a lot more fun than a Camry...and that keeps me coming back for more.
No true enthusiast could argue with that.
