You'll find a very active enthusiast family for Jeeps, just like Porsche's and BMW's. They are easily maintained, easy to customize, hold their value well and properly cared for will run forever. If I were 23 again, and I had to pick one vehicle to use year round in a variety of climates and conditions that had to get me everywhere, I would have to pick a Jeep. I have had mine longer than any other vehicle I currently have or have had. Certainly not a track vehicle or a economical commuter, but I can't imagine not having one in the driveway. Every time I drive ours I get that silly smile on my face, the same one I get with the 911, just for different reasons.
