Two issues.

1. starting problem
2. Headlights are only on when the turn signal is on or when you apply slight pressure to turn signal stalk like you are turning on brights.

First issue, I asked awhile ago but both pumps are recently replaced and don't have many miles on them. When the car sits for over 30 minutes after being shut down it won't start. I have to pull the fuses to the fuel pumps (two big round ones up front) to get the car to start, after it starts, I put the fuses back in and voila....no problem. If I just continue to crank....you smell LOTS of gas! No idle problem once its going no hesitations ect. The first start of the day....no problem. What is going on?

Second..tonight I am leaving my mom's and go out and (of course have the starting issue) but go to turn on headlights and they no worky!! Turn on brights and start to drive but obviously have to dim due to traffic and no lights. Then turn on turn signal and wow I have lights..WTF? Is this in the stalk? Can you just replace the turn signal stalk or am going hunting for an electrical gremlin somewhere?
