I think your points are the most likly candidate. Use a dwell meter to set them. You may need to replace them. Your wires may be defective, or perhaps the cap should be replaced, or possibly the wires are not firmly seated in the cap.

You should also do a search re the WUR and also mixture settings, and vacuum leaks, but I would go after the points, rotor and cap first.
