? Nice pics BTB...great info for the archives. I can see (in your case), where the coiled spring is detached, whereas mine was/is intact, and either I've been very lucky (or indeed, a PO has already had it replaced). Midlife, a question for ya...if my window still functions perfectly, the coiled spring 'appears' to be in place, and I have no rattles whatsoever, in your opinion, am I still susceptable to the potential problems you refer to? Thanks all!
