undercoating restoration

using my trailer to haul the 911 for the 1st time i experienced some scraping of the body undercoating. a line on each side about 2' long that went all the way down to the bare metal.

my plan is as follows, i will get my wire wheel grinder and hit the scared areas to remove all the loose undercoating material still present, and any surface rust that may have developed in the week or so before i can get under it. then i was going to get some of the por-15 http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/ksearch/pel_search.cgi?command=DWsearch&description=por15&I1.x=9&I1.y=10

the "metal ready" type, the 1st one in the catalog search ive attached. follow the application directions and seal it before it gets any rust.

sound approach/method/logic?

tia
