I know there's a way to do this... I know a guy in Madison who has a server with a dozen or so TV cards, and he's able to watch tv remotely with it. If you could set that up on wifi, build a small mini-itx computer to receive and send to the TV (svideo), it could be pretty cool. Maybe $2k for the server system and $300 for each frontend.
