Man you guys are in shape for some old guys. I am 17 and I weigh 170 at 6'1". My body won't let me loose any more body weight. I run about 1.5-2.5 miles a day in full pads in ninety degree weather. I lift weights after pratices on mon-wend-frid doing upper-lower-upper. Throw in some abs in there during the lifting and sprints before and after you run. Do this for 4 months and you will be in the best shape of your life. Then eat all the unhealthy stuff and get nice and fat and do it all over again!
