Nothing so complex .....they are simple creatures with simple emotions.
Just acknowledge to her that you know shes angry....and apologize for it....
She accepts leaving in the mornining as part of the routine, this is apparently a CHANGE in routine which she is not used to..and it makes her mad to be left alone...her feelings havn't been considered...
