Agree on the clutch replacement if this is on the original rubber centered clutch (which would be near-miraculous).
Head studs.... well you'd better budget for that on any SC. The best you can do is determine they are all intact at time of purchase.
Rust around the windshield?!
Wouldn't the buyer only need to budget for that if there actually was rust?
