$%^#$^$ IE is drving me nuts
Out of no where, IE starts launching every link as a new window. No service packs, patches, etc....no explanation. Every time you click a link, it launches a new window.
WTF?!?!??!?!?!
Anyone seen this before? I dug into the setting but there is no setting that addresses this.
EDIT. Now its not doing it?!?!??!!?
Can this thread be deleted. For some reason it won't let me delete my own thread.
