For what its worth, and I speak from experience, you can put a lot more than that into one (including the purchase price) to make it nice.
Ultimately, in the end, it depends on the buyer if it is worth that much to them.
Weak areas are head studs, valve guides, tranny synchros, dash, AC stuff... the usual 911 foibles.
