Considering selling, whats it worth?

Looking for insight into what early 911 hotrods are going for. Time to try something new, considering a 964. Here is a good description.

1970 911 T with 70,xxx original miles. Extremely nice bare metal respray in Porsche Orange code 156, Sikkens brand paint, 3 years ago. The little bit of rust there was, was cut out and new metal welded in. One small spot on each door, the passenger headlight bucket, and under both seats. Suspension pan and mounting points are all solid. This car is as rust free as a non-galvanized car can be.

Interior floor pans and rear seats stripped to metal and POR'd, then covered with soundproofing and new RS style carpet. Custom seats recently recovered in Vinyl/cord. Driver seat is tube frame bucket, nicely padded RSR style with Recaro headrest, passenger is Recaro plastic 73 RS lightweight bucket just recovered to match driver seat. Autopower roll bar, Schroth 4 point belts and/or SC retractable belts that I haven't gotten around to installing. New Prototipo wheel, very nice dash, one crack in drivers knee pad, RS door panels, nice white original head liner. WEVO shifter.

Suspension done 4 years ago. Turbo tie rods and rack spacers. A-Arms stripped, painted and rebuilt with weltmeister bushings. Hollow 21mm torsion bars front, 26mm bars rear. 22mm sway bar front, 19mm bar rear. Aluminum trailing arms and sway away adjustable spring plates in back. 16x7 Fuchs, refinished early style by Wheel Enhancement, 205/55 tires.

Brakes done 4 years ago. 23mm master cylinder, Super blue fluid, 4 piston Boxter Brembos in front with Zimmerman vented/drilled rotors. Modified 951 rears with carrera Zimmerman rotors in the back.

Twin plug 3.5 liter motor. Built by Andial in the 80's, sat in owners garage for 10 years before I bought it. I have been driving it all over for 6 years. Daytona last year and Atlanta this weekend for the Petite Le Mans. MFI , RS pump with custom everything. Crankfire ignition. RSR style headers, o2 bung, sport muffler powder with high temp powder coating. Very large oil cooler in the RS bumper, temp rarely sees 195.

86 Euro 915 gearbox with external oil cooler, rebuilt this summer, syncros on 1 and 2, all new dog teeth.

I have a price range in mind but welcome input.
