IMO $10k including the parts car.
You will end up spending at least that much to put it back together, even if you do most of the work yourself.
So for a little over $20k you will end up with a car that is worth between $20k and $25k.
Rust would be the deal killer but from your description it sounds like the longs are in good shape.
