You have to index the bars to adjust the height. There has to be lot's of information on this in the archives. The basic idea is that there is more splines on one end than the other so rotating the bar adjusts the ride height. You have to get both sides the same or you'll have an unbalanced car. The main check is to see that both spring plates "droop" the same amount when the car is jacked up. (The spring plates should be at the same angle in relation to the ground as each other.)
