Help - Oil leaks
I know that some leaks are common. However this is the first year that I am taking my car out of storage. Originally it was suggested that the oil return tubes shoudl be changed. However on closer examination the leak seems to be emanating from the centre "seam" between the sets of oil return tubes- form the rear it is to the right of the catalytic converter. When I started up the car this weekend - some smoking was coming from this area. Even with the engine heated up (after 20 minutes or so) the oil temperature? gage was staying at the bottom of the range.
Should I be concerned? I am going in for a 45K mile check up, what should I expect?
