3.0 to 3.2 Conversion
While during my rebuild I have decided to upgrade my 3.0 to 3.2 via the big bore 98MM cylinders and pistons. I have also gone to the 964 cam grind. I am replacing the head studs with raceware (I got all 24 out last night - what a relief) and also putting ARP connecting rod bolts in place. Is there anything else I should consider changing??
I assume the 3.0 connecting rods will work fine as the stroke is not changing. I am running the original oil pump as it appears to be in excellent condition. Do I need to change anything on the heads? Any words of wisdom??? I would hate to miss something as now is the time to do it right, rather than do it twice. Thanks for your help...
