901--No! Even if you could make it work, you would end up replacing it in short time...

I have mated several warmed over 3.3s behind 915 gearboxes with good results. Even the early mag-case 915 held up well. My recommendation is to swap in a later aluminum 915 trans. While you are at it, pay attention to youre drive axles and CVs. Don't forget oil cooling and stiffer torsion bars to compensate for the increased heat and weight. What about brakes...
