Just an update. I purchased some Dow-111 today, and it made it way easy to expand the tube. So Kurt, I don't think you are in trouble. So far I have not had to remove the heat exchangers, but I did have to un-hook the air injection lines to slide the first two tubes in, on the passengers side. Hopefully I will be able to get the other two in, on the drivers side this week.
