I just dyno'd my 83SC and got 183hp at the rear wheels.I use a K&N.The guys at the dyno shop we used said they have run tests with and without K&N filters.From their tests they concluded the K&N does benifit SOME cars and it does HURT others, the guys memtioned as an example a 1995 Nissan 300z
with a K&N it got 20hp more than stock !
They said the dyno is the only way to really
know if you are getting your moneys worth.
