Not to rain on your parade, but that book has been available all over the web for many months for between $35 and $40, delivered.
I bought one from e-campus.com, and the total cost was $35, to my door.
Someone once posted a really cool "search engine" for finding the lowest price. I used it, and it showed lots of low price sellers for the Carrera book.
Now, if only someone sold the Bentley SC book for cheap . . .
