As a winter project, I am in the process of removing my seats to check out the condition of the pan.. I've already noticed the PO had apparently jacked the car up by placing the jack directly on the pan, and I have a hump behind BOTH front seats about 4-5 inches high (sigh) I think removing the seats would give me the best view of the problem, and how to attack it. The passenger seat is raised so far in the back that I can't even slide the seat forward or back..... no idea how to get to the bolts fastening the seats in... I've already broken the seat release handle off trying to get the *$#% thing to move..... ANY help appreciated
