Well I had this happen just the other day. My son was wiping things down and disturbed the plug wire. thats his story. Car was missing on that cylinder I could put my hand over that carb and no change. Pulled the plug wire and found he completely yanked it loose. Solid core VW wire (weak). screwed it back together all is well. That explains why his radio sounds like the motor. Ha Ha.
