Head over to Barrier Porsche in Bellevue and pick up a couple cans of Wurths matte black paint. They stock it just for that purpose (call first).

Scrub the wheels down real well, then use 800 grit sand paper to score the surfaces. Tape off the edges and paint. You typically get better lines if you pull the tape while the paint is still wet.
