Anheuser-Busch tour. Say what you want about the beer, but it's a cool tour. Plus you get free beer at the end and the kids can see loads of big machinery.

Also try to find an Italian place that has toasted ravioli. It's a misnomer since it's actually deep-fried, but it's damn good and hard to find outside of STL.
